Fat Princess - PS3 PSN Game Code - $7.99 at Amazon.com

omg thank you a bunch, I was just thinking last week "damn i wish amazon would price match best buy's 7.99 deal". and voila here it is.
 
I was so hyped for this game when it initially came out, then it quickly died out with a lack of a multiplayer community. Things may have changed, though.

i hope not since I know this was pumped up to be an online heavy game.
 
I saw the new PS3 download content display at my local Gamestop (similar to what the 360 has) and they had Fat Princess for $7.49.
 
I remember they said something earlier that they shut down the server to this game, is that true?

Edit: Nevermind, I think that was Calling All Cars.
 
I got this for my friend a couple of weeks ago at Best Buy, and he loves it. There's still an online community, but it's at the point where most of them will whup you if you don't know what you're doing. Some of the trophies are a PITA to get too.
 
This is all my son played on his PSP last summer... is this a different game? Worth getting if he completed the PSP title (multiple times)?
 
Anyone who wants an awesome online multiplayer PSN game should pick up Crash Commando. Community is a bit small right now, but game is still uber fun. I think it's 9.99 or less and there's a demo on the PSN Store.

Back on topic, I think FP sucks balls the size of cheapy's head, but I know it has a lot of fans because it's cute, so sorry to you pink hats out there.
 
I've been waiting for a sale on this, and $7.99 definitely meets that criteria. However, I'm not sure how much bang for the buck this game will provide. I feel it should have been no more than $9.99 to start with, and $4.99 seems more worthy than even $7.99 (yes I'm spoiled due to this site). While I might get a couple hours enjoyment out of it, it'll likely sit and collect dust like all the other PSN titles (60 as I write this) I've purchased.

This game is definitely worth the 9.99. Its one of the better downloadable games on consoles.

I played it alot but havent played in awhile.
