Fatal1ty headset for $29.99.

Great headset. I think I payed full price for mine. I've had it over a year and it still works great. The mic is detachable. I remove mine quite often and it hasn't broke or anything.

Buy a nice pair of Sennheiser headphones and a desktop mic and you are good to go :)[/QUOTE]

Waiting for your $30 link.

Got these from Newegg a few weeks back... right ear wasn't working, and neither was the mic... They also felt a bit small on my head.

A little over $30. The headphones themselves are probably the best quality pair you'll find for under $50. Many radio stations use them! :p

Edit: What I'd suggest though is this (This is what I'm currently using, almost $150 setup though...):

Guess I won't be buying the Fatal1ty headset then. I have a HUGE head so it probably won't fit me. Oh and $130 bucks for a headset is overkill. This thing reminds me of the Dr.Dre headphones, $300 bucks for a pair of headphones anyone?

frys had this for 9.99 AR last week. Decided against it because of traffic and rebate. But these are pretty comfy and functional headphones.

30 seems to be the normal price everywhere for these though.

I agree with you, sennheiser headphones are sweet, Bose are great too.
