fully aware.
i think i was told 3 months all the time, then only at night. then maybe even a few nights a week.

it can't be worse than this suresmile garbage, because at least i can pop a ing retainer out for like 5 minutes to eat something.

Well the braces were more comfortable at least. My tongue keeps rubbing these things. Kind of hard to speak too.
