favorite mario game poll

Hmm. I guess anyone who likes Yoshi's Island, Paper Mario TTYD, Mario Sunshine, Any Strikers, Tennis, Golf, Baseball, or Mario Kart games will all have to choose 'any other mario'?

This poll gets a meh/10 from me.

Mario 64 is one of the most groundbreaking games and incredibly awesome to boot. Still fun to play to this day.

Don't forget Mario & Luigi

Personally, if I were doing this poll, I would probably just stick to platformers and omit any sports or Partys, then you can at least have Sunshine.

Or, at least have two polls, a separate one for all the sports. But that would be pointless since Kart would win hands-down.

This poll was poorly done, imo. Ton of important games missing not to mention the fact that he threw is own opinion in there about Mario Party. I voted for Mario 3 anyways.

Super Mario World by far.

Not much else that could be done with the poll since you're limited to 10 options.

And Mario Party does indeed suck. ;)

2,3, and Mario 64 are all drastically above the rest for me, with 3 being the tip top of those three.

Oh, that's right, I forgot Superstar Saga, Partners in Time, Mario 3-on-3, and New Super Mario Bros.

Not sure if you want to count Yoshi's Island DS or Yoshi Touch n Go as mario games. :whistle2:k
SMB 2 and I'm not suprised I'm the only one so far.
SMB 2 was my favorite 2D mario, but I had to go with Mario 64 over all.

I said Mario RPG... it was a great Mario game and a great RPG. Can't beat that.:)

It's amazing how much Mario's crashed in recent years. He went from Mario 3, to Mario World, to Mario 64, and then BAM!, Mario Party/Sunshine- the decline. But Mario Galaxy will change all of that, hopefully.
I'm always surprised when people are down on Sunshine. I thought it was a worthy successor to Mario 64.
It was good game but I just felt the whole 'water pack' thing was stupid. I'd rather have Mario get his power-ups. Having to clean up a town was just beyond stupid- not something I wanted to do in a Mario game.
