Are you firm about listing the stated time as the official end time? I can even imagine how many last second bids are going to occur. I know the lowball is about you getting the most money possible while having cagers get a crack at a good deal but perhaps a 10 minute time frame within the time you posted

I realize a firm end time will cater to snipers, but nobody should feel remorse if they offer their max bids early on. I will stick to the official end time and hope everybody plays nice. Depending on the outcome (or outcries), I will re-evaluate the rules in my future lowballs. Thanks for the input and your interest.
