I actually just finished the campaign of FEAR 2 and loved it. It really seemed like an overlooked game. Under $30 is a great deal.

Fear 2 is on clearance at 2 of my Targets for about the same price so this is a good deal. They were ~25 I think? They had a ton of them though so they'll probably drop into the teens. If you don't wanna take a chance though or can't find it, this is a great price on Newegg.
