Fellow Cags I need your Help from a scamming ebay buyer, UPDATE: I LOST

Should she be buying all these blurays when it is readily apparent that she should buy a new keyboard since her caps lock key is broken?

Don't worry man, karma is a bitch... One day she is going to like have some con man take her for every penny she has seeing as she's s dumb bitch and will probably fall for it.
Any updates on the situation?
Yea, Her money got refunded to her. And she send me a private email saying that she sold my Blu-Rays for $70.00, more that what I sold them to her for. I filed a mail fraud and FBI complaint, but there is no response yet, nor there ever will be.

Best you guys can do is to use her address, email and phone number to make her life horrible. :bomb:

No, I didn't get my money back.

Someone should look up her address and it's mortgage info and list it for sale in some free local classifieds "no phone calls, drop-ins welcome" (IDK if it is there, but your property ownership is public record in my state).

omg thats scandalous! im going to bid on all her shit!!! grahh i just got scammed on eBay. I sold a copy of windows xp pro brand new and the guy tried to say that it wasn't what was described and he got his money back with a free cd-key. i hate paypal and people!!! grahhh:bomb:

I noticed when listing some stuff this week that eBay is now removing the insurance option for the buyer. In other words insurance becomes totally the sellers responsibility. Combine this with the restriction on shipping costs and the seller has to lose money on every transaction. My typical cost to send a game would be:

- postage (first class package) 2.00
- padded envelope 0.75
- insurance (up to $50) 1.75

Total $4.50, but the limit for a video game is $4.00. For DVD's its worse since the cost is the same but the limit is only $3. Never mind that it takes my time and gas to go to the post office, and eBay is pushing you to ship in one business day (which I do anyway because I want buyers to be happy, but still that is costing me more).

She sent you an email through her personal mail? Definitely forward that to ebay and paypal management as well.

I did send them this email and they said their is no credibility. It could have been me who sent that email to my self.

you could probably get in trouble for posting her personal information as it is not to mention everyone else who has left IP trails linking them to Craiglist postings or whatever else they made. Im suprised no moderators have come in and cleaned up this thread.
You were wronged severely yes, but this vigilante justice shouldnt occur on a public forum with some credibility. Now something like 4chan...

and sorry that your emailing the higher ups didnt work.
Perhaps send it over to Consumerist.org (consumer reports) and see what they do if they publicize it

You are right. But if we don't do anything then honest people will get into scammed by scums who are just abusing the holes that are in ebay and paypal policies.

I think we should stop this now.

Yeah. I vote to put it on 4chan but im not a nice guy lol. I don't get involved with this stuff though. It's sad to see the scum that is out there and the these companys don't care at all about the seller.
