FF1&2 or Kingdom Hearts?

Eventually I will buy both, but which should I buy today? Does BB still have it for 24.99 (-5.00 for GCC?). I'm a big KH fan, and it seems the reviews are so "low" because it caters to KH fans... and not many others. As far as longevity goes... are FF1 and FF2 generally long games? Help me make a choice within the next hour! GO!
 
I'm a huge KH fan so of course i'm gonna recommend CoM. FF1 and FF2 will probably take you at least 20 hours each to finish, while CoM seemed like it's gonna be rather short (i'm 3 hours in, and already on the 4th floor)
 
From what I heard, FF1&2 are much easier then the original games.

I haven't played either one yet, so I can't comment on them.

If I had to go for one, I would go with Kingdom Hearts.
 
Get KH:CoM. Its fun and if you like KH you'll enjoy it for the story alone. The opening sequence is incredibly impressive for a GBA game, starts off right at the end of KH. While I think its a bit on the easy side, it doesn't make it any less enjoyable. Don't let the card thing deter you either, its pretty sweet. Go for it now since the price is great this week. Besides, you don't want to play KH2 next year and not know what happens inbetween..DO YOU? :wink:
 
KH is $24.99, but FF was on sale last week, I believe it is $34.99 this week. If that doesn't make your decision easy enough, FF is almost identical to the PS1 version, according to what I have read.
 
GO for Kingdom Hearts and then FF. That's what I did and I can tell you that I made the right decision. It is so much fun. Trust me, don't let the card thing deter you. It actually adds a little more strategy to the game. You really will barely feel the card thing IMO.
 
I wanted KH for $20 but I dont have any GGCs, so instead I got FF:1&2 for $20 locally... sweet. Im happy with my decision because I haven't played KH and seeing as it didnt get stellar reviews, as FF SORT OF did. Also because I am a huge fan of the FF series and havent played I&II. I would say ultimately which ever series you are more a fan of. Just my thoughts though :)
 
I'd go with kingdom hearts simply because you can get it for 20. I passed it up yesterday for DKC2 instead, but I think I'm going to go back tomorrow and get kingdom hearts, despite the reviews a lot of people here are raving about it
 
no one are you considering those reviews from GS or something -_- they generally dont have any idea what they are talking about, the public rating thing on their site gived KH 9.5+

I just finished ff2, easy game, insanely high random battles, overall a great game that you need to get, AFTER CoH
