Dragon Age or Modern Warfare are your best bets here. Assassins Creed and L4D are always teetering in the $30-$35 range and you can pick up Resident Evil 5 for under $20. I got one at Target on clearance for $9.99.

But, Microsoft store is eligible for Bing Cashback. Says 3-10% I don't know how you determine exactly what it is.
