Fighting Game Thread 7 is bringin' da heat in Super Street Fighter 4, watch yourself!
Definitely don't want Urien, his shit would be fucking ghetto in SFIV, unless they made Aegis an EX move or something.
Hakan is as naked a man in a game I'll allow in a SF game... Urai just scares me.

Actually give me Q and/or Rolento and I'd be happy

Q + Rolento + Hugo and Cracker Jack from SFEX. Done and done.

Sawada is due for a comeback
Nobody wants Cracker Jack.
Agreed. Cracker Jack prizes suck now. They used to be real plastic toys, now they're just stupid paper cut outs. Boooo

I coulda swore that I saw them for $99.99, wish it would've dropped further instead of going up in price.

I got a R1 TE, was just hoping they dropped to 75 or even 50 then I would finally bite on a PS3 one.
The R1 TE, will never drop to that price at retail, sorry ;(
How much say do you guys have in that though? I remember the SF Anniversary Stick and the collector's edition of T5 w/ Hori going for $30 bucks.

This is a serious question, wondering if you know for a fact or if this is a prediction.

I just know this. I can't explain on here.

You might see that price blown out on some small site online, but never a major retailer.
Didn't Fry's have Round 1 TEs for $80 last year?
I remember they did for one day.

Note I said major retailer lol.

I've been trying to switch my main to Juri but it's really not panning out, I lose too many bad matches to bad players. Maybe it's because doing c.LKx3 - Pinwheel is just too difficult online but I also lack consistency in winning offline and I can't clutch it out. It's like, she's competitive, but can't finish the job. There's probably something wrong with me.

I checked my player data... apparently I sport a 73% win with Sakura, and only 54% with Juri. (Also, I have a Makoto at 20%. Why is she so hard to use?!)

@ Jim

Keep in mind though that the Nuby started out at $60 new, so it dropping down to $30 isn't that big of a deal and it took it close to a year to get to that price. The t5 bundle dropped down to $20 but it took it over a year to get to that price and that was just a basic hrap.

You have a better bet of the hrap sa going down to $60-70 than a mc.

( I have Monday off, I'll look for you if your around. )

@Joe

Don't feel bad I have been working with her now as well 52% with her online and I know how you feel. There are some vids of Flow playing her, but I wasn't able to get much out of them, maybe you can. Sakura is still just a better rushdown. Mokoto sucks so bad in super because she is way to easy to zone. Didn't have that many people that could zone her in 3rd but in super, it's enough to make me throw a stick.
Because she sucks in SSFIV.
I finally faced a pretty solid Makoto the other day, she can be a little scary in the right hands.

Hoping I hit B rank with Sakura tonight =D

Yeah I was just hoping for a pretty MvC2 stick. I'll just hold out then.

TTT2 would be freakin' amazing! I would be so pumped about that.

LostRoad, sounds good I'll keep my eyes open for ya.

Anyone know if there is a Mugen for dummies type file floating around? Just a compressed collection of characters and backgrounds and stuff? I always wanted to mess around with it but it is so confusing. I'm just trying to beat up Marvin the Martian as Ronald McDonald, ya know?

Except for hitconfirm into Super I didn't really see much I could use... especially since I burn a lot of meter on walking behind EX fireballs to hopefully setup ambiguous crossups.

I just feel like I'm making way too many critical mistakes but I don't exactly know where they're coming from.

I actually play Sakura a little bit defensively, trying to bait and punish. If I score a knockdown with Shououken or sweep, I'll try cross ups but otherwise it's a lot of footsies and waiting for a mistake to open up the reset.
Though I worked the day of, I was told one of my friends in my crew made Top 16 in SSFIV at NCR :)

Hooray!
Same with one of my friends. He was the Ken player that got that hype match against Marn in the team tournament =O
