Fighting Game Thread V : Addiction > FADC > Recovery

From what I understand it's a complete rebalancing of 2K2 UM. In other words it's SNK trying to squeeze more money out of an 8 year old game. Let's face it, people aren't buy their new shit, so lets sell some more old stuff.
 
Nah, I'm aware that SNK can't make a new game, but I was wondering what "Tougeki Version" actually translates to. I thought Asuka 120% Burning Fist had the most ridiculous adjectives in a title ever, but Tougeki is just asinine.
 
Tougeki Super Battle Opera is the name of a big fighting game competition in Japan hosted my Arcadia magizine. The KOF 2K2 UM Tougek ver. is the tweaked version they're using in the tournament this year. That's all it is.
 
SNK is like tubgirl.. they keep waving their ass in the air and shitting on themselves. A third release of KOF2002? Really? How about a good first release of KOF12?

That said.. can't wait to get my little cyborg hands on Super SF4. It's gonna be schweet! To ReRo: I'm planning on getting it for both systems. Although I prefer XBL.. also I don't have any Bluetooth mics so I'd have to get one to be able to chat on PS3 Network.
