File comparison for windows explorer?

I have all of my music on 2 computers connected via wireless network.
Problem is, I add and delete music to both computers randomly. Is there a winxp program I can use to compare the 2 directories and subdirectories files and show me whats extra and missing from each computer?

SyncToy. It's a power toy for XP made by microsoft. Simple and very useful. I use it to sync a backup of all of my pictures and music to an external hard drive. Preview mode will just give you the list of differences, but you can also have it combine the two together so they are the same on both.

Assuming you have a mapped drive from one pc to the other, you should be able to use it.
