Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates

I've only played the game in 1P mode. I'm about 12 hours in and I think I'm going to finish it just for the sake of completion. The game just seems more tedious than anything else. Having the rest of your party around just seems to hinder more than help. The only time I switch from my main character to one of the others is to use their special abilities (double jumping, etc.). Between that and the lack of save points throughout large portions of "dungeons" makes it hard for me to play. Normally when I pick up the DS, I know I can only play for about 30 minutes. So I basically have to spend that time racing around just trying to find the next save point and not really enjoying the game. I dunno. Could just be me. And I haven't tried multiplayer yet, but I don't think I'm going to either. :whistle2:/

I never understand this complaint. Close the DS.
 
I beat this game a week ago in single player and it have lots of flaws. Maybe the multiplayer is better? It seem your AI partners is incredibly dumb. They barely attack at all when it comes to enemies. I always out attack them 5:1. Not to mention, AI have a hard time following you when it comes to none flat surfaces. They either stand still or drop to their doom in constant bases. Most of time you have to keep taping the shoulder buttons to warp close to you. And when it comes to those puzzles that you have to light up two different orb at same time, your AI partner can't even help your there. You have to do all the dirty work. The only use for those useless AI are meat shields.


Anyway, this game is really easy. Just buy lots of potion and increase potion capacity. It seem like all the bosses have same strategy, you can either hurt and heal with potions or circle around them and attack them from behind, AI are way too stupid to even counter it. It took me 10 hours to beat this game.

Can't. I have other people in the house that use the DS on a daily basis as well. SO if I close it w/o saving, I'll end up having to redo the section.
 
It's easy in normal mode but Hard and Extra Hard make it quite a challenge. Especially the extra dungeon, I wouldn't even attempt it till your done with the extra hard run through.
