Final Fantasy Greatest Hits or Black Label?

Well I never got to play Final Fantasy VIII or Final Fantasy IX before so I'm planning to buy it off of Ebay. But I'm not sure what to buy, the Black Label(Original) or Greatest Hits version. People are selling their used versions of the black label and it's pretty easy to find the Greatest Hits version new. I was wondering if it's actually worth getting a used black label over a new Greatest Hits version, does it have more value in it? I don't know if I should take the chance of getting a used copy on Ebay over a new one. People are selling them at basically the same price too.

They play the same this is just whether you mind the GH labeling or not, personally I'd go for the new GH label

Are you planning on keeping the game or selling it after you play it? If you plan on selling it later on, you better go with the black label. Otherwise, the green label is just as good.

I'm planning on buying it and keeping the game. I don't think I'm gonna sell it.

I have FF VIII ultra mint, so mint you can smell it. But I would go for the orginal because I have like problems.
