Intergrade is a free upgrade to PS5 and the Yuffie DLC is an optional $20.

Haven't seen that pricepoint yet for the PS5 version of this game & Most who have a PS5 just bought the PS4 version of FFVII Remake at the $30 or Less sale price just to get the free PS5 version upgrade then buy the optional DLC later (or Don't buy it at all).
