I hit the jackpot yesterday and found a few copies of sealed Final Fantasy 7 games that aren't greatest hits titles for dirt cheap. Out of curiosity how much is a pristine sealed copy worth ?

Sealed (with hologram) non-GH versions were going for near $300 a couple years ago.

Yeah a jackpot like that, you must disclose!

I would say they're worth $200-300 USD. Digital distribution really hammered their resale value.

lol In a dumpy little town right outside of Edmonton. I also picked up 4 copies of Chrono Cross for 5 bucks each sealed.

They're worth a good amount for sure, but the release of FFVII on the PSN has really hit the resale value hard, as Rocky mentioned. I snagged a black label copy off of Goozex not too long ago for like 900 points, Twas amazing! Buy those things up and get to selling!

The real value you have there is that they're sealed. They aren't meant to be played and enjoyed. =)

They're now officially Collector's Items For Collectors. It's that but of holographic shrink wrap that people pay way too much for.
