My total Available blocks of memory is now 48815 (under 50000+). This must have happened when I copied some CDs a few weeks ago. I have about 50 copied onto the hard drive.

The Xbox and surround sound does make a really nice stereo system.

I had actually done it once, had around 30 CDs and saves for nearly everything, just for the sake of having the pictures.

I think he means the little icons for each game in the Xbox's hard drive memory.

How come xbox just doesn't flat out tell you how much memory is left (in mb, gigs)?

what's does "blocks" equal to?

"Blocks" are probably used so that the less tech savy members of the video game owners club can figure out how much free space they have without doing the math in their heads (which is simple to us, but hard for them). I think seeing 4 blocks on the back of a box is a lot simpler than 428 KB (or whatever 4 blocks are equal to). There is a conversion rate between the two, but I do not know what it is.
