Finally purchased a Vita, must have titles?

Picked up a 3G Vita today for $100 from a guy who was trying to sell it at Gamestop. Something told me I should've grabbed one of those memory card deals recently.

Other than P4 and already having PS+, are there are must have titles for the system? Seems like a pretty lackluster library available right now.
