First Metroid Prime 2 Review Score

Egad!!! Fanboys from Gamefaqs are invading CAG like orcs in the mines of Moria!! We're all doomed to listening to console supremecay theories from people that hang out at Gamestop like Jay and Silent Bob in front of the Quickie Shop!!!

I didn't really like Metroid Prime. There, I said it. The controls were wonky.

But it was shiny, so I kept playing.
 
Considering the biggest complaint from Prime was the control scheme, you'd think they would make it programmable for Echoes. I guess big N and game_over18 really DO know games better than we do. We're just the stupid masses.

This must be really good. But I have to beat MP1 first. I'll have to go back and play it, haven't touched in quite a while.

Dude do you have any idea what the hell your talking about? That is a FF7 character not Chrono Cross. And he wasn't the worst character in the game. Damn disrespecting the PS2 like that you should be ashamed!

Ahah, the game he got it from was Final Fantasy VII. I hereby revoke your geek licence. I'd gotten the game when I was a kid and thought Red XII was cool, but then realized he sucked.
 
I think we need to specify that gamer_over18 changed his av. It was the skull from Chrono Cross but now its Red from FFVII.

I am so disappointed in Metroid Prime. How could they go first person with such a beautiful side scroller? Bah

I'm biased cuz I get motion sickness from games like that, Halo, 1942 etc... =(
 
The only game I ever got sick playing was Tribes and Max Payne. I'm not sure why those two since I can pretty much tolerate every other 3-D game out there.

And Morbid, I wasn't really directing my comments towards you so you didn't have to smack yourself. I noticed CrimsonGeist's post and I just threw it there to help clear up the confusion.
 
i played the echoes demo and loved it. I had no problems with the control at all. It was very bright graphically, and the controls are spot on. I dont care about what score it gets, but there are very few must own gamecube games, but this is one of them. I am looking forward to this a hell of a lot more than baiten kaitos.
