With my limited playtime, an 84 sounds about right for Excite Truck. I'm a little more forgiving on the video side, since I really don't care unless there's something wrong with it, but the only negatives I throw at it right now are multiplayer. Only 2 players and no online. I'd tentatively give it an 80-85, but that would drop if it gets boring after extended play. I found it about as entertaining as Burnout 2 on the Cube, for comparison.
I think you'll likely see a lot of variety in scores for Wii games, for better or worse. Controls may be more intuitive to some than others, and some may start comparing games graphically to the 360 and PS3. We'll see how it goes.
