Flipping at Target/Walmart

After reading the whole Blockbuster/Gamerush flipping thread, I realized that I remember Target and Walmart were at one point easy to flip at. Now, Target doesn't do coupons anymore, so it's not easy to do there, but are there any stores (Walmart was the one mentioned to me by someone else) that are easy to flip at? Please explain if you can.

You can't flip at target or walmart because they have strict return policies.
