ah ok. i was hoping for Deals on HDD's For PS3 either a 320 GB or 500 GB i don't wanna pay ALOT but i'm almost tempting to see if maybe they have more on sale that was not in the flyer .. but a part of me says i doubt it.

What I think. KZ1 is a PS2 game and there is no way they would sell the PS3 games (KZ2 & KZ3) for $30.

Same thing as the current period for Best Buy -- $10 extra credit on select trade-ins towards pre-orders.
Future Shop was something about saving up to $10 on Blu-Ray DVD's by trading in old DVD's.

My Walmart had RDR out on the Under $20 stand so I didn't even have to pay at the electronics department. I wish my local Superstore had the points cards, but the next one is like a 20 minutes drive. :/
 
That $50 PSN card is tempting, I've never shopped at RCSS and don't even know if there's one around here. If some of them don't sell point cards like the guy above suggested then maybe I won't risk the trip.
 
Picked up one of the xbox points cards at Metrotown RCSS. It looked like they had a bunch more. I also asked about the PSN cards, and the guy told me they were sold out. The way he was explaining it, sounded like they never had any today in the first place.

You should visit superstore.ca and check the local flyer. The one closest to me doesn't have the points cards, but the other one does. *shrug*

Is it because one of them is sold out, or they just don't stock them period?

Barely related note, yesterday I discovered the Shoppers 5 minutes from my house sells PSN cards. Real convenient, since I'm trying not to use my new credit card on there.

Checked the closest store's flyer, it lists the PSN card. I don't know if that means that particular location stocks it or it's just a general flyer. 14 minutes away, next closest one is like 35 minutes away.

Sorry for going off-topic again but I noticed all the games at my local Shoppers have been opened, that's the same type of BS Gamestop/EB has gotten crap for doing. I wouldn't buy an opened game.
 
PM'ed Xbox Live points cards at FS no problem. CSR was awesome; she couldn't change the price in the activating transaction so she charged the full price and then did a second transaction to refund the difference for the price match.
 
Picked up 2 1400 points cards. I was really surprised they still had stock. Usually it's sold out that morning. PSN $50 cards were still in stock too.

Also all the Guitar hero games are on clearance for $8-$10 360,PS3, Wii

DJ hero 1 bundle is $18 (I only saw 360, PS2)

Impressive, the staff at my local FS will fight you to the death to get out of a price match whenever possible, using whatever flimsy excuse they can come up with.

just got back from the Dougal RCSS

no PSN cards, had about 5 XBLA cards, I picked up 2
All GH/Rb games were on sale

I bought RB3 ($25), GH5 ($9), Band Hero ($8), Beatles RB ($4) and 2 point cards for $41
Odd, so I checked the receipt
$5 for RB3

I just did the Best Buy trade towards a pre-order get +10$, and what I was suprised by (pleasantly suprised) is that they applied the +10$ to the pre-order then handed me a GC and said "here you go, there's $29 left on there", they didn't apply the entire amount to the pre-order.
