Just checked walmart.ca, and it still shows the $39.93 price. Might not be the same in-store, but you could at least point them to their own website and try it that way.

For anyone who is still interested but hasn't gotten them yet, Toy Story 1 & 2 are still available at Zellers at the $24.99 sale price, -$10.00 if you bring in the upgrade certificates from Disney's website. I picked them both up today for just over $30, and got the last two that still had Toy Story 3 movie cash. )
