So I didnt see this on here anywhere yet but it seems decent enough. Over the course of the weekend onlive will be twittering codes for 75% off any game. The catch is that you must use the code Within 30 minutes of it being tweeted. So just follow OnLive on twitter for the codes between now and Sunday evening

Its not a contest because everyone gets it, just for only 30 minutes, kinda like an EA Flash Deal, and it certainly isnt free.
 
OK, the golden question everyone is wondering:

Can you apply the code to Mafia 2 which is currently on sale for $5, bringing it down to a cool $1.25?

Codes havent happened yet so I dont think anyone knows. They are being tweeted over the course of the weekend which leads me to believe there will be multiple (I'm hoping for like 6-7) but hopefully they arent waiting until midnight to do the first to miss to Mafia 2 deal

I will be grabbing Assassin's Creed Brotherhood if I happen to catch another 75% off code (assuming you can use more than one).
 
Cant beat that deal at all. Got WarHammer 40k: Dawn of War 2 for $5. I woulda gotten Mafia if I didnt beat it on 360 already. Now I need a cheap wireless keyboard for my onlive console

Yah, Mafia 2 for $1.25 seems like some sort of record deal considering its a very good game. I happened to get back from the grocery store this morning with like 4 minutes left on the 2nd codes and snagged Red Faction for $5. Had always wanted it for 360 but I really like the concept of the cloud and being able to have all these great games on my mediocre laptop

Yes. With no need to download or install the games. You play the games by streaming them from their servers. You need a decently fast/low ping internet connection to do play comfortably (5+ Mb/s). You can demo their service out by signing up for an account and installing the Onlive Application.

Correct. You are allowed to stream from their service and that is it. You don't get any kind of installer or files for the game at all.
 
There are also some games that were on consoles as well. Some of the highlights of this deal so far are people getting Homefront for $12.50, AC: Brotherhood for $12.50, Mafia for $1.25 if you got it last night. I got Red Faction for $5 and it seems to come with the Demons of the Badlands add on as well

I've missed everyone also. I dont check Twitter much and dont get twitter notifications using win phone 7. :( Just now figured out how to get them sent as text messages.

I got the first 2 but missed the 3rd when I was out shopping. A new code should go into effect fairly soon according to Twitter. I will update as soon as it goes live.
