UPDATE: I just got my stuff from DarkSayian!!! Hopefuly everybody else gets thiers soon...

I just spoke with him on the phone and he wanted me to let everybody know that he shipped on friday. He gave me a DC for my package, however it didn't work. Now I know that the tracking system for the USPS sucks, so I'll give it a few days before I jump to any conclusions.

Hope this helps anybody else involved...

If he used one of the automated postage machines, those DC numbers won't register anything until it's delivered.

I know cause I've used them before and they suck compared to actually taking it to the counter and paying for it there(at least those DC numbers will register when they're on their way).

well, i got my stuff about a week and a half later than expected. the post office sent it parcel mail instead of priority like he requested. pissed me off but i guess it's not his fault.

I got an envelope from Dark today.

Originally our deal was that i get a used Forza and Warioware INC for GC.

I just got a sealed Forza instead.

Should i complain? I mean i guess the values are about equal (maybe i got ripped off 5-10$).
 
Since the OP was able to talk with DarkSaiyan on the phone, maybe you should request for his phone number and sort it out?

Might be worth cutting your losses at this point, though I think a phone call might be worth the time just to figure out what the mixup was.

I'm scratching my head over a package being 'requested' for Priority mail but sent as Parcel Post. That doesn't pass the smell test with me. I could maybe see a miscommunication with the clerk at the PO where you tell them you want Priority and they punch in Parcel for some reason, but dude should have spoken up and gotten the clerk to correct the mistake. Or maybe he gave it to his mom, etc to mail and they bought the wrong postage. Other than that I don't see any way for this to happen and both situations would boil down to being his fault...

And he said he sent Friday even though the postage is marked at Jun 27th........

I tried to call and he was asleep, so i'll give it another go later on.

I'm a little :whistle2:s on that myself.

In any possible scenario, it's a "why didn't you check it before it was done" situation.

I don't find that situation that bad. I actually sent out a N64 controller with 2 memory cards 3 days ago, and even though i requested Priority shipping, they charged me and only put enough postage for parcel. It was a counter so if i didn't notice that the price was 50 cents short i would've got stuck with a returned package. The post office makes mistakes like those sometimes.
 
Follow up: I got in contact with him and he is sending me the other game, it seems like that was an honest mistake that he did not include it.

well i did get my stuff, but the whole 2 weeks to get my stuff thing kinda soured my first trade experience.
 
i got hitman contracts, but not in the "like new, complete" condition as described. it was missing the manual.

looks like everything has worked out, but i shant be trading with him again.
