Its an Jasper and Arcade have a less chance of getting RROD because i had this for a year now. No its not microsoft refurb i bought it from the store back in 08.

Plus, he has two entries in the "Bad Traders List" thread, not counting my issue.

I wouldn't deal with him, IMO.
 
He's logged on a few times since I pm'ed him on Saturday. Not one response. This happened the last time he was offering, I actually paid him and was waiting for the code when I got notice that he refunded my money. Didn't ever have the code to begin with, but never communicated that to me.
