PS3 80GB CECHE01 Console - I will post pictures later this weekend, I've owned it the past 9 years, never had an issue with it.
2 Sony OEM wireless controllers - I'd have to check if either are Sixaxis controllers, I replaced the rechargeable battery in both of them back in January this year.
Games, I believe all are complete except Resistance 2 which is disc only, GT6 is missing manual and the Assassin's Creed case is beat up.
