Good Luck. Because of your iTrader, it will be somewhat of a hassle for both parties; especially for something this big. 700 may be a bit much considering some of your games, however, I am not one to judge considering you are accepting offers! Once again, good luck and I hope everything goes well.
 
What I was going to do is list it on eBay for the price determined by both parties...that way, we'll have a third party (eBay and/or PayPal). I would arrange for the Buy It Now to start at an exact time and that person could buy it that way.
Just a little piece of mind...
