Well I don't like doing offers because they're usually more pain than reward so I have been completing surveys for a while now. It depends on the site and the survey but sometimes you can get cash rewarded for completing the survey. This cash is put into your account and then you can ask for a check after so like 50 bucks or so or you get points put into your account instead of cash. These points can then be used for gift cards, music downloads, electronic stuff, magazine subscriptions, you name it.
