Best price I've seen (it's typically over $100 through resellers), though I've never bought anything from this site.

Edit: As mentioned by krashhole, the included VIP Car Pack can be purchased separately for 1200 MSP (details here). The LCE is best for those who like Steelbooks and/or hardcover "Art of" type books.

The only physical items in this collectors edition is the steelbook and the 96 page book. Otherwise, wouldn't money be better spent on Forza Horizon Collectors edition for $8 more after $12 newegg.com coupon?

You realize its a different game made by a different company, right? Like TDU crossed with PGRand some forza mixed in.

I just got my package today and the entire front and back of the cover is in SPANISH, meaning although it's NTSC, it was a copy distributed to a primarily spanish speaking region, i.e., South America.

Sorry to hear about that. I think you're the first person to report buying it, so that might be why no one else chimed in with that information. I already had the LCE from when the game launched, but wanted to share the find. I'm going to add your warning to the OP.

Let us know what you find out from the site owner.

Edit: Did you open it? Is the book in English?

I bought this 2 or 3 months ago when it was their deal of the day, and the description for it today is the same it was when I bought it. I mean they could have switched the description for a little bit, but maybe you didn't read as carefully as you thought? It happens to the best of us.

Yeah, I had the LE from launch, too, but wanted a sealed copy for my collection. Which brings up another thing; this was sent in a skinny bubble mailer, you know, the real thin ones you can buy at the USPS. I've never recieved a LE game in something this thin and malleable (it's often in a small cardboard box, i.e., Amazon), and the game does have a few very small dents on the top (not a big deal, but still, if this is how items are sent out then your item is at the whim of your mailman (mines was shoved into a small mailbox).

I didn't open it so I don't know if the book is in English, but he mentions on the site now that it is indeed English. What bugs me is that on the front cover there is a small green oval right above the BMW that says:

"TOTALMENTE EN ESPANOL"

....totally in spanish?

We all make mistakes, I just could swear I read everything. Either way, fine print.

I found a Google cached page from August 8th. The bit about it being in Spanish and English is on the page. Looks like we all missed that.

I preordered it from Newegg when they had the spend $59.99+ get $15 off preorders because it was the only place at the time that had it available and also didn't charge for preorders.

Unless you know something I don't Amazon doesn't have it up yet...

but it would be smart to preorder early because with Forza 4 the limited edition sold out months prior to release and many retailers shorted customers
