I guess the price on buy.com fluctuates a bit. The wheel is now coming in at $118, but the coupon is working for it and brings it down to $107. In for 1 and forza2.

yeah, i might have to buy both myself. $98 is much better than what it would buying it at my local Wal-Mart @ $60 + tax, basically $130-132.

Buy.com is also still foing the GCO deal, but it doesn't stack with the 10% off coupon.

Their free shipping is very fast. I ordered Lego Star Wars from them last Thursday and it got here today.

If you get one that works, it is. Some of these wireless wheels are made very poorly and have serious problems. The most common is that the wheel will be 5-10 degrees off-center and that there's a small dead zone (area in center where turning doesn't register at all). Mine is like this and I'll have to exchange it before my copy of Forza 2 arrives.

Other people are complaining that the pedals are shorting out after a short period of time.

Most of the problems seem to be on wheels that have a low batch # (marked on the bottom of the box next to the UPC). Wheels with a batch number of around 900 or higher should be good though.
 
I'm still waiting for the review on Shadowrun. I went to fry's today and they told me Forza 2 was coming out tommorow. I'm not going back. 1) Gas is too expensive. 2) Fry's never answers their phones 3) There is a really mean/ugly lady that "works" at the Burbank Fry's Video Game dept. and I have been advised by my legal team not to put myself in situations where I will lose my temper and dropkick.exe
 
They haven't shipped Forza or my wheel yet. It's been on "Sent to Warehouse" for the past 2 days.

Well my Shadowrun Shipped but not the Forza, I hate buy.com with a passion this is my last buy.com deal, I just can't stand the way they do things or rather the way they don't do things. CS Sucks, I won't even bother to call.
 
Bastards at Amazon now won't let me cancel my order even though it has been "ready to ship" for 3 straight days and the estimate says it won't ship until the 5th. That's just wrong.
 
I said forget it and went to Wal-Mart and bought a copy. Hell....why couldn't you return the unopened game you got from buy.com to Wal-Mart? Just use the receipt you got from Wal-Mart...everything else is the same.
 
Am I the only one that *STILL* hasn't gotten their damn copy of Forza 2 from Buy.com? Yeah, I used free shipping but come on, its been 10 days since I ordered. :roll:

Doesn't look like they shipped mine until the 1st but I didn't get an email conformation from them 'till the 4th. Tracking number they provided doesn't work either.

This is my first time ordering anything from Buy.com. Are they always like this? :roll:
 
that's how I got mine....yourfree360games.com updated their site and you can get it free now..... and I know it seems like a gimmick, but what do you have to loose? you don't have to put any money down, so there's no risk and lots of reward :) ..... just do two trial offers and cancel in a week, and you loose no money, and get a free game....
I was skeptical about the site, and the only reason I'm posting this is cause it actually works to the point I did all the free trail offers, and now I'm on a referal basis :)
