I can't wait for the demo...This is seriously not my type of game but everything I see and read, keeps me wanting to buy it....not before I play it though...atleast thats what I keep telling myself.

I was gonna buy it used from GS for 7.99 minus 10% with Edge Card. Thats a steal of a price. I still may go buy it....
 
Preordered Forza 2. I have Forza 1 but just got Live, so it didn't have the same appeal without being able to trade cars and such.

I couldn't get a direct quote since the Forza forums site is acting weird...but its been confirmed that the demo will hit tonight. Its stated that it may be a little to late for EST.

I'll update as I get more info.
 
I'm guessing that if one doesn't get the game the minute it comes out and/or doesn't practice at least six hours a day, they'll be permanently, um, left in the dust online forever and ever, amen?

I just don't see the 'drop in and dick around' people participating here, unlike the PGR series, so that means that I'd perpetually be bringing up the rear, which means I really don't know if I want this game. I mean, what would be the fuckin' point?

Well it really depends. Some people take hours upon hours to tune there gears and shit. I don't do that and I always have a good time playing. Doesn't matter if you win or lose it's really who you play it.

You might be left in the dust by playing with people you don't know since they are likely the ones to be more more competitive.
 
Might as well stay up for the demo. I think this game has a lot of potential. Hopefully it'll have a decent frame rate and actually be... y'know, fun.

And in all the stories I have read, the developers are talking up the frame rate more than anything else: 60 FPS, with 2X anti aliasing, high dynamic range lighting, and 720p

This is the first 360 game I've pre-ordered... I am pumped for the whole thrill of online racing and car trading. Bring on the demo!

Finally a specific time for the demo ... to think .. I almost didn't come on here tonight and would have completely missed this :)
