So I decided to hit up the Circuit City near me today to see if I could find anymore worthwhile games while their July offer was still going on. I rummaged through the bargain bin and walked away with two copies of Beyond Good & Evil for the GC breand new for $2 along with the GTA Double Pack and .hack//Outbreak at the regular $10 price.

Not a bad deal, but I still can't find Baten Kaitos or Mega Man Anniversary Collection =\

Aren't you the one who said you worked at the Springfield, VA Target (in the DK2 for $14.99 thread)? DON'T tell me this was the Springfield CC that you found these games at because I was there just a few days ago and they most definitely did not have BG&E for the GC. I've also searched through all their GC games at least a few times since the original $2.99 clearance started and found nothing. If this is where you got them then they must have dredged them up from the back just in the last day or two - d'oh! Did they happen to have any more of them? And if it wasn't Springfield, can you tell me which one? I have a few hours tomorrow before I have to catch a plane and could go to another if it isn't too far from that area.
 
Again - came back with an error when I posted each time - USUALLY, as in every other time that has happened, it doesn't post. Certainly wasn't for emphasis :D.
 
Ahh, memories.... It was actually the GameCube version of BG&E that was my first ever score as a CAG. I picked it up for $10 at Circuit City in January 2004, after hearing news of the sale from this site. Technically it was just the PS2 version on sale, but I convinced the cashier to just give me the GC version for the same price (I honestly thought they were both on sale).

I hope you enjoy it, OP, as it is a fantastic game. :whistle2:D

No, not at all, it's just that the NGC version has the least amount of glitches and problems then the other two versions. Stay the hell away from the PS2 version and it's several game destroying glitches.
