lol, watch Gibson change his story near the end. What a tool.

I think everyone knows by now that this whole bogus "war on christmas" was just to help Gibson sell his worthless book.
 
eh, its not like it wasn't called for. If someone is being called a liar and their guest is trying to talk over everyone else I'm not suprised they'd get angry. Sure he could have kept his composure better, but it wasn't totally uncalled for.

Is that because I'm not just automatically agreeing with the one who has views similar to my own?

So if you were a host who thought the war on christmas was ridiculous and you had a guest like that discussing why you were a liar, speaking over everyone and that there is in fact a war on christmas, you wouldn't get aggravated?

The guy they had on wasn't even funny. And I also have never heard of the red and green shirt ban for students, I have heard of the red and green ban at the holiday party which gibson states is what he said. He seemed unprepared and more interested in just taking shots. I've seen people do that and make it funny claiming things like "christmas has nuclear weapons", but this guy didn't.

O'Reily made the Red and Green clothing claim. He had to apologize for it. The guest seemingly had done a lot of HW for this, it eventually did turn into a shouting match between the two, but not before Gibson decided to intervene and yell at his guest. Had Gibson let the guest make his point, rather than interrupt him all the time, it may have had a different outcome (possibly Gibson's credability being hurt). Whatever the case may be, it wasn't just the guest's fault.

I didn't say it was. Based on the interview though it seemed like his guest figured this is a joke and decided just to denounce it right out. Problem is attacking like that doesn't work when you're dealing with people who don't think the same way.

Though I think both are to blame, gibson for overreacting.
