I tried not to bite on this deal but I did. Ordered My Name is Earl, Futurama Vol 4 , and Greg the Bunny for 37.26 after tax and budget shipping.
 
Might jump in on this for Arrested Development Season 3 and My Name is Earl, and then add some filler... after Google Checkout it'll come to about $30, which is the same price I'll have to buy at Best Buy's Black Friday sale without the hassle. We'll see though.

How is Buy.com when it comes to shipping? They ship fast, slow, what?

Is the X-Files good from season 1 or is it one of those shows that really hit it's stride a few seasons in?

Season One is really good, especially for a first season. It also sets up the entire XF mythology for the rest of the series.

Essential XFiles viewing. :)

The first two seasons were concentrated mostly on self-contained stories, so the arc or conspiracy storylines don't play much of a role. X-Files was strong from the beginning, though and I believe they're worth watching.

Also, when it takes the $20 off $50, does it do off the total with shipping, or JUST the total?

The total with shipping pushes me over $50, but if it's just the total I'll be $3 short.
 
Pretty sure shipping doesn't count for the $20 off $50.

When you look at your cart it should say "Get your order for only $35.00 with Google Checkout." If that amount is 20 less then you are good, if it's just 10 less than you need to add a filler.

I have ordered from buy.com with their cheapest shipping, but I really can't remember what the shipping speed was like.

I may pick up a DS game plus a DVD set. Hmm, decisions decisions.

on my order, the $20 was subtracted from the final total including shipping/tax

its off the total not including shipping but you can use a filler for $3 dollars i used a cheap dvd that cost exactly $3.00

Has anyone received their orders yet, im still waiting for mine? Wandering whether to contact Customer Service or wait a little longer if its common. It supposedly shipped on November 24th.
