same here actually. but i did register online and they emailed me a free code.

Reserving from the site or an iphone app always requires registration. But the code is working for everyone that registers. I just bought it on blu ray but thought it would be good for those of you on the fence.

Update: It worked, but only after I removed it and re-added it to the cart. No idea why.
