the site is legit. anytime you see a site with the prefix https, it means it is a secure site.
NO ONE gets a confirmation saying they win. it just says if you were one of the first 200 that you would be notified somehow that you have qualified. if you entered as the post was put up, as i did, you probably got in on the deal.

Nah someone else who I gave a link to had the same problem, told him to try submitting it again and it worked. Just keep submitting it and don't worry about having to fill out all the boxes again, they should already be filled out once you enter the code and visit the form page agian.
