Add Call Of Duty Ghost and a select game/accesory from the following list to your cart, and $15 gift card should be added when you hit checkout.

Select game/Accessory list:
God of War: Ascension - PlayStation 3 ($49.99)
Microsoft - Xbox LIVE 12-Month Gold Membership ($54.99)
Call of Duty: Black Ops II - PlayStation 3 ($39.99)
Call of Duty: Black Ops II - Xbox 360 ($39.99)
MLB 13: The Show - PlayStation 3 ($49.99)
Gears of War: Judgment - Xbox 360 ($49.99)
Defiance - PlayStation 3 ($49.99)
Defiance - Xbox 360 ($49.99)

Added: In early december there was a similar deal involving two games and a giftcard (not a preorder in that instance), and many people were able to pricematch the eligible games for even cheaper and still get the giftcard. How to do this is to place the order through over the phone with a sales rep, and pricematch it then, you still will need to preorder Call of Duty Ghost, however you might be able to reduce the total cost.
If doing this method the SKU for the $15 giftcard is SKU: 8234029

If I didn't have to pay the entirety of Ghosts off then I would do it, but don't have an extra disposable $60 unfortunately

Same.

Good deal for the lesser Cheapassgamers.

If the 'Victory can be Pre-Order' deal goes on, this game will most likely be on it. I dunno if I should bite now or wait and see... Hmm...

Yeah thats the part holding me back at the moment, but for those with some RZ Cert's and a plan to already buy one of the games on the list, the blow isnt as hard.

Now I may be COMPLETELY wrong, but doesn't it not charge you on the pre-order amount (if you use a credit card, not paypal) until it ship's? I remember people saying charges would appear and then dissappear periodically on past preorder's, in a different thread.

They put a pending charge on the card that keeps going and coming back. They do it once a week for about 2-3 days at a time. So if at any point you have insufficient funds, you lose the order.

Same here. I'd rather not have a $60 hold on my bank account until November. Is this how it works?

More importantly is I will be purchasing the inevitable Hardened Edition. I wish retailers would just offer it for preorder instead of waiting for it to be "announced." I guess maybe they don't know if it will be $79.99 or $99.99.

If it were a perma hold it would be different. I could live spending the $60 now and have it gone and out of the way, but the thing that throws me off would be the $60 influx every week in my bank account.

I won't even consider preordering this until May 21 when more info will be released during the Microsoft reveal, I would prefer getting this on a next gen console even though I don't know which one I'm going to get yet but as of now I'm seriously leaning towards getting the PS4, especially if the controller is as improved as they say it is.

I am also seriously considering to switch my gaming to PS4. Especially with all the benefits of PS+!

That and all the RPG's seem to be headed over that way anyway.

Here's an option for you guys worried about the recurring pending charge
buy a BB pre-paid visa (which will earn RZ points that you can use way before the game comes out) & then use it for the pre-order.

Also, I don't see the actual wording of "online only" unless I completely missed it, so you can pm thiis in-store but it will actually work out much better since a manager will need to reduce the cost of the item by $15 & you'd just need to pre-order the game.

Last time a similar deal happened, it would give the cashier a prompt to give a giftcard when done instore.

Yeah, it's a little early to try to figure out what console to order it for. I'm leaning towards the new Xbox (Infinity?) but there was not enough information about the PS4 either, like the actual controller. Might have to wait until E3 to get good enough information to make a decision.

Disappointing. I was hoping it was similar to Target's deals where you have to preorder a game, but can do so only for $1. Even then though, I probably wouldn't have considering the games you have to buy have been cheaper recently (or at least, the ones I am interested in).

People are now preordering a game that we know ZERO about? This could be a minigame collection for all we know.

Really? It's the same as pre-ordering Madden. You know what you're getting.

yeah you know exactly what you're getting. left trigger aims, right trigger shootbang

I'm done with this series. BO2 was a huuge disappointment and I used to be a big fan of BO1. plus just super tired of shooters.

I liked BO2 at first but yeah, I am really getting tired of military shooters and shooters in general.
Sounds like they're trying to get rid of the $20 Pre-Order Victory deals - too bad.
I think that might be true. I don't think they are gonna renew that promo. I think GTA5 & South Park(whenever that comes out if ever) are gonna be the last we see of it. I doubt Madden 25, NCAA 14, COD Ghosts or any others get added to it.

I haven't use the $20 pre order victory in a while can someone shed some light as to why they are getting rid of it? are they losing money? I mean as far as i can tell they already got rid of the post price match policy now so I assume they aren't losing as much as before when everyone was price matching competitors.

I haven't really heard any official news they are getting rid of the $20 pre-order promo. It's pretty much speculation right now because Best Buy has not listed any games released after GTA 5. I have a feeling it will continue, but new games will be probably up in a few months because the promo requires planning and possibly contracts with publishers.
Last time a similar deal happened, it would give the cashier a prompt to give a giftcard when done instore.
Well then that would solve the pending charge issue just a $5 pre-order.
Sounds like they're trying to get rid of the $20 Pre-Order Victory deals - too bad.
How did u come to that conclusion? They have never followed right up with the new promo when so many remaining titles were not released. Add to that the new system unknowns it would make no sense for them to start spending advertising dollars w/o even knowing what the AAA titles are & what systems they will be on. If u notice in-store GTA, Destiny have tons of in-store signage which is provided to BB.
Just wait till a week after E3 for details to start coming out.
