Free 20$ GC at CC due to lack of Skate - 9/12

As most people know, there was a guarantee in CC's weekend ad that Skate for the 360 would be in store by 2PM today or they would issue a 20$ gift card. I stopped by the CC in Portland, ME this afternoon and they weren't aware of the change in release date, so they went ahead and issued me a gift card. The employee there called the Bangor ME, Augusta ME, and Portsmouth NH stores, and none seemed to be aware of the release date change. I know this is late in the day, but hopefully some more people can take advantage of this, at lease at these stores.

Nah, in their ad last weekend they guaranteed the game would be there by 2PM on Wednesday or you'd get a free 20$ gift card. Offer was only good for Wednesday though, so I guess now you're SOL /.
