i just read the terms n conditions and it says $25 for every month of service, but its only been 14 days. and nowhere does it say $39.95

I have filled out MCR's after I had cancelled the trial. Doesn't seem to matter, as long as you actually did sign up for the trial.

Ok cool, thanks a lot Rig (you have been very helpful through the whole thread). I was not sure about that. And yes, i did sign up for the trial and i mcr'd my headers and email to them. Hopefully it does not take too long :p

The best you can do is call them and see what's up. It could be they blotched the cancellation process. If you have a cancellation number, you could definitely get it straightened out faster.

Of course, this is only if you have cancelled the trial. If you haven't, I would do so right away, and ask them about their trial details.
 
After how long should I cancell GreatFun guys????? like 25 days??? also I am in Canada and ther offer is only for USA customers but I lied with the adress so it don't matter to me I lost $1 dollar for a game that is worth $100 GH3.
 
I just did 3 offers: Blockbuster, Greatfun, and CompleteHome. They all said they'll credit instantly, but it's been about a half hour with no acknowledgment from the yourfree360games site.

I haven't done any of this since the GH2 bundle was added, but I remember it going quicker than this. I've gotten all my confirmation emails from the sites, but no offer credits.

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

I have found that doing those things before signing up causes the offer to go green at a much higher rate. Give it a few more hours, if not a day or two. If you have not received credit from an instant offer by the end of day two, chances are you will need to file an MCR. You have the confirmation emails for each offer, and that is the most important part. You will get all your greens for sure. It's only a matter of time.

You said you forgot to cancel within your trial, chances are you're going to get burned, these companies aren't quick to let go of any money they can get their hands on.

As soon as your trial runs out, they charge you their current rate of membership, whatever that may be.

If you think you've been wronged you're going to have to call the increase you margin people, I didn't have a problem with either of the eAuction offers I completed, so there's not much help I can offer, the phone numbers are in the OP and your confirmation emails.
 
hey guys, got up early to study for my exam today.

i checked my offers and I need to file an MCR with Stamps.com

Can i file one now even though its only been 7 days? It lists the offer requirements, including remaining a member for 21 days... Do I have to wait 2 more weeks to request credit?

PS - Zooba is cleared!!!! My orders should be out of processing tomorrow!!!!
 
yep after seven days you can file it

I have the same problem with Stamps. I filed a MCR 11 days ago now for it.

I filed it after 7, even though it says 21 days in the offer, my reasoning was that it says "usually credits instantly".
 
I just called to cancel google seo and it was my 15th day. I signed up on the 16th and he said that I was on my 15th day, but he said he voided it for me. Just a heads up, don't wait til the very end of teh trial like me. He didn't give me 17 sales pitches like the incompresensible guy from stamps.

Another question, I signed up for At Home Rewards and Privacy Matters. I canceled at home rewards and your savings club at the same time. When I went to cancel privacy matters everything went smooth, but in the OP it says i am signed up for two offers.

I guess if i signed up for at home rewards and got signed up for your savings club already i dont have to do the second cancelation? Anyone know?

For GreatFun dont worry, just cancel after your item has shipped just to be safe. Wait as long as you feel comfortable, and sure that you can remember when to cancel. 25 days sounds fine to me.

You don't have to do the second cancellation. I signed up for AHR a month and a half ago, and was signed up for YSC. I did Privacy Matters and Simply You (all the same company) about two weeks ago now and I didn't have to cancel YSC again.

This is assuming you used the same info on both when you signed up, if you did, they won't sign you up for YSC again.
 
Hmm, I hope we get some shipping confirms on GHIII today. I can't imagine this game is really in short supply. There were a ton at the local BB last night and every time it has went 'out of stock' on Amazon it has come right back in stock in a few hours.

Even though my Half Life 2 shipped out on a Friday a couple weeks back Tuesday has historically been shipping day. Lets all keep our fingers crossed!

It depends. For some people it goes immediately, if it doesn't go immediately you are likely going to be one of the many (look at this page alone) who have had to file an MCR.

I've never heard of a Stamps offer going through a day or two after doing it. From reading, I've gathered it's either immediate or a wait.

I signed up almost 3 weeks ago, filed my MCR 11 days ago, still nothing as of yet. I've heard it take upwards of a month for some people.
 
I just called to cancel Great Fun, instead of canceling they told me they would extend my free trial until Dec. 15th, send me a free 20.00 gas card and 4 free 10.00 certificates that I can use anywhere.

There's gotta be a catch to it SOMEWHERE, but the guy assured me that I could use these and if I still wasn't happy I could still cancel. Worth a shot I guess...free gas at least!

If they change the status it won't be until late tonight. That's usually when it happens, sometime on a Tuesday night after 9 PM eastern.
 
There's a new offer from eAuction, you can't do it if you've done another eAuction offer, but if you haven't and were thinking about it this seems like the best one.

Usually they charge 4.95 to ship a cd out to you, with Yahoo Success Center they charge you 1.95 shipping for internet delivery instead.

ummmm, I'm trying to do the stamps.com MCR and I don't have an email from Stamps.com. However, I do have one from postmasterdirect.com. Is this the right one??? It seems to have been delivered to me at the right time to coincide with my offer request...


EDIT: i know what happened now. i misspelled my email address when registering. Can I sign up for it again with the correct email address, or wil lthat flag my account? Should I email Trainn and ask them what to do??? Plz help!!!

Did Yahoo Sucess Center and I got my credit in 5 mins.

Its only $2 and like the others like it its 14 days to cancel.

1-800-497-4988 is the cancel number.

I have done 17 offers so far and this seems to me like one of the better offers.
 
Man, I am just going to Best Buy and buying Guitar Hero III. Then returning the copy I get in the mail with the receipt. This is taking too long for my liking

where does it say u can't do it if you've done eAuction. Its not that i don't believe you I'm just not seeing it though, its probably right infront of me.

You might want to wait and see if GHIII ships out tonight since Tuesday has been the regular shipping date.

I looked back at my emails from when I recieved Halo 3 and it shipped out after being on Pre-Order on Tuesday 10/25 so I have the same hunch that we'll see GHIII shipped tonight and in house by the weekend!

I hope you are right. It kinda makes sense since most games come out on Tuesday's. How many days did it take your Halo 3 to get there anyways? IE, will I have GH3 by Friday? :cry:

Cool thx for the info. Will have to check back tonight around 9-10pm and hope my status gets changed to shipped. I really hope mine comes by Friday.

Any word when the next update will be for the site? I am really hoping they add RockBand. If they do I gotta get going on my next set of offers.

Maybe if you try a different CC it will work. That is how it is with eAuction, Quickbooks and Increase My Margin, so I'm thinking this might be the same way since it seems to all be run by the same people.

Halo 3 arrived on Friday. Actually they seem to be shipping my stuff using 2 day air or 1 day air saver so who knows.

EDIT: I just signed up for the Yahoo (eAuction) trial with a credit card I have used in the past. I'm thinking that when you use a credit card (Credit Card A) it gets tied to your account.

When you sign up with another one of their trials, using a new credit card (Credit Card B), it then replaces the previous card on your account.

So, when I signed up for trial number three, Credit Card A went through just fine.

EDIT 2: Or, maybe they just remove it from their records after a while. *shrugs*

The offer credited in under five minutes! :D

I faxed it over on..Friday or Saturday night? I think it was Friday night. Anyway, by Sunday morning my GHIII status changed from "ATTN REQUIRED" to "Pre-ordered"

When I go to the offers page it states that the Dr. Seuss Book Club is $3.99 to try, but when I go to the order form I dont see the $3.99 anywhere. All I see is $4.99 per book and $4.99 for shipping. So can anyone help me out with this? Am I seeing something wrong? Thanks.
