for everyone else, i'm not trying to sound self-righteous, but it's probably not right to be filling out that form unless you're a mother.
if the ethics don't bother you, then ask yourself if $5 is worth the imminent flood of junk mail.

What exactly is a mother? Is it a woman who sits home at night and tucks you in and makes yummy food? I think not! It is a PERSON who takes care of you and loves you, and you love other people. . .Mother = Anyone.
