It's included in the September 13th issue. Subscribers already have it, but the magazine itself is due to hit on that date.

Damn, wish I wasn't so poor or I'd pick this up. It includes Caitlyn too so that you can actually use the skin.

Forgive me if the section isn't appropriate (As it isn't exactly free unless you do naughty things), but I'm just trying to inform those who might happen to be LoL players such as myself. :)

EDIT - Darn, I look around, and read the subtext of the forum right below this, and it says "Magazine deals belong here." I apologize. I would delete this post, but I don't think I can, unfortunately.
 
Naw, this is good here. :) Magazine deals, I believe, are for "Get PC Gamer for 2 years for $.99!" etc.



How much do single issues run these days? Hopefully I can find one at Wal-mart, seeing as every book store near me closed down.
 
Would it be viable to make a thread for people who don't play LoL to give away their skin codes? Not that I'm one of them, mind you. But it'll save me a pretty penny should someone have the magazine already :)

Viable? Yes.
Logical? No.

If you make a thread with that intent... then you're breaking the rules. You yourself would need to give the code first and then other cags will most likely post them. Beyond that you can hope someone helps you out.
 
Good luck getting a working code. These aren't wrapped. Walmarts across Cali, have been raided, and photos have been snapped of the codes.

And I disagree about her pushing. She's great to kite with, and amazing with a support (Especially Morgana if she chooses to gimp herself by playing as a support) bottom lane. Seriously... 2 second snare, then a 2 second stun, then utter domination. Not fun to be against xD.
 
So my friend gave me a code and it told me that it was invalid. Can anyone tell me how many chars the code is so I can check what he wrote? It's really dumb that pc gamer did it without some sort of scratch off.
 
i read a bit ago on the lol forums that pc gamer would sell this issue on their website cuz of the whole code fiasco but i cant find it. anyone have any luck with it or know when they plan on doing the sale, only 1 place near me sells the mag and all the codes were swiped, took each mag, texted the codes home to my s/o to put them in, was planning on buying the first mag that worked, none worked :(
 
Getting a sub PC gamer and the only way to get codes to work since virtually every open magazine will have codes that are already used. They should have wrapped it, but many magazines are saving plastic by never wrapping and that is bad news for anyone buying the magazine at the newstand.
 
Careful when you buy this in the store. Since the issue isn't sealed you run the risk of someone already using your code. This happened to my nephew.

Riot Games and PC Gamer are trying to help folks out that had their code stolen.

"Quick update on the customer service situation: we're jamming through the emails we've received as quickly as possible. We're moving a couple more people onto the task today to help make sure we get back to people as quickly as possible. If you sent in an email, you will get a response before end of day today.

To make the process go quickly, be sure to include a photo/scan that includes that following in a single shot:
1. The code page in your issue
2. A piece of paper with your email address written on it

You can email PC Gamer to get a new code of your magazine's code has been used. They're getting it to players in around 2days time.

Riot you can message them at http://support.leagueoflegends.com/home . Their turnaround is longer, but they'll give you a 4-win IP boost too. If you don't mind waiting up to a week, that isn't half bad.
