there's been a few free from EU store and JPN store. I believe the motorstorm: artic edge dynamic theme is free from the EU store too. This is very old news but good for those who didn't know I guess

Woohoo, created a UK account and also got Wipeout Fury and Motorstorm Arctic Edge dynamic themes free! Thanks OP!

Edit: Just looked at the US store and that same Wipeout theme is $2.99!!!
