Hey guys, I found this while surfing the net and think it's PERFECT for us Cags that want to trade with each other or for sending games/items to people that are in a rush. According to the website, DHL will mail you one free overnight delivery envelope just for filling out their form from their website. Here is the PR copy and the link:

Note - it's ONLY for documents. It's a flat cardboard envelope - games and anything of value will probably not be delivered, and will probably be crushed if they are delivered.
 
I've shipped games all the time in these. Just make sure to wrap them up in some paper or some bubble wrap (my preferred method). I don't see anywhere on the site that says it's for documents only though. Still worth getting for free overnight shipping in my opinion. Free is free ^_^

It could definitely be used for cartridge only games for sure =) DS/GBA/PSP...but I'm more into trading complete games myself, but it would definitely work for this purpose. Still worth a try guys :)
