I went yesterday with the wife to score. It was difficult at first cause they had all the panties labeled more than 9.50$. And then we found some for 10.50$ and the cashier said no you can only get the 9$ ones. We said there weren't any at that price, so she went to look and then got lazy and said she would give us those pair.

When she checked us out she found that they were 3.99$ anyways. Not what the price tag had in view.

So it seems that they are on sale basically with no set price in view.
