Free Paypal Money just for answering text messages

had a pretty good day on 1Q yesterday, I'm usually lucky if I get 2 $.25 questions a week, I had a 7 question survey, and got a 5 question one about 10 minutes later.

 
Since I don't have a phone plan with unlimited data or text, could I use either of these programs on a tablet or laptop computer?

 
I don't think so.  They are text based, but don't use that many.  Well 1Q you could do on phone with almost no data usage, it is literally just text on the screen so kb worth of data.
