Thanks Mysticfail, but I sort of had an "Epicfail" as I didn't see the part about the PS3 game being required and since I won't be getting a PS3 copy before the 31st I won't need the code.  Sorry about the trouble, but want to make sure it gets to someone who needs it.  Thanks again!!
