Just got the miles in my account. Now I need to figure out which magazine(s) I want. I'll probably donate the rest to the red cross after I order since I never fly (and I'd fly Delta if I did.)

FWIW, this is still live but the buckles are all gone (hopefully this will save someone a few minutes). You don't need to go past the first level (as of a few minutes ago, they still had the bandanas).

I don't remember them actually asking for proof of age beyond, what's your DOB. they're not sending anything illegal technically, and i don't know about where you live, but MN doesn't allow alcohol coupons anyway. u do get to pick 3 intials to have engraved on your flash though.

I'm still waiting for mine to be sent, i only did the stuff like a week or two ago tho.

They do, actually. They ask a bunch of identifying information, including part of your SSN and use it to verify your age. I'm over 21 and I can't make an account because they're not able to verify my age for some reason. I'm apparently not entering the correct information, but you'd think I would know my own details...

Thankfully, I was able to just make an account under my wife's name.
 
As I was filling their forms out I was waiting for it to ask for a DNA sample at some point...a bit overkill for an empty flask

Looking back I should've included my city, state, and zipcode but I just gave them my street address. If you use any type of gps/google maps/etc that should be all they need.
 
I re-submitted, but did notice that it's an AUS deal, and also the 50% off coupon they give you for submitting expired november 30, 2010, as well as the coupon code only mentions purchases from the AUS site. we'll find out i suppose, also no confirmation email was sent, maybe they'll send them out during the week.

still waiting on my flask, but my girl did get a Keurig Cold Coffee Cup somehow, that came in the mail today, would share that deal but can't find it anywhere

Just found on another site that the "Professional Styling Tool" has an estimated retail value of $30...take that for what it's worth though.
