If I just started playing (currently Lv 9) should I enter the Dragon Keep shift codes now, or wait until I'm Lv 50? I'm afraid that the codes would expire before I get to use them.

So mayabe people can ansewr, how do i just the skins for other characters?  I can't hit X to "use" them to put the special promo skins on my every charactr thign like bad ass points.  Do i really have to find somenoe to hold on to eqach custom skin and thenmake a new character andd give said skins in a 3 way trade to use them? 

 
You can "use" them with any character and it'll unlock the skin on your profile. So if you use a gunzerker skin while playing with your commando, it'll be available to your gunzerker when you switch.

 
If you dont have the DLC, you have to keep some of them in your inventory. They gave away custom heads, but you have to have one of the dlcs to 'open them'/get them out of inventory. I threw them in the vault, but it is a PITA to use up backpack space.
