My wife is purchasing some items from TRU and in the cart there is a message that says "Free shipping, no minimum with TRU Credit Card" Excludes video game hardware and oversize items. I checked it with Halo 4 and the message pops up. Not sure if there is anything worth buying right now but considering Shoprunner never works on Video Games and their shipping is high this seems like a good deal.
